What I Offer

I love working with individuals and groups who want to learn and grow at the intersections of justice, spirituality, and healing. Here are some of the ways I can support you or your organization in that growth. I am happy to customize presentations, trainings, and consultations. My rates are offered on a sliding scale, and either by the hour or by the project. Please contact me for more information or make an online appointment here.

An opportunity to explore a previous or new spiritual tradition in a non-judgemental space. I offer a particular invitation to those who have experienced rejection or harm in faith-based settings, including abuse survivors and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Offering guidance for you to create a plan for emotional and/or physical wellness that works for your unique situation. I draw on techniques learned from my own life of managing both physical and mental health challenges.

Exploring Identity
I offer confidential support and connections to resources for individuals exploring their gender identity or sexuality, particularly individuals raised in conservative religious communities. I also offer support to family members and loved ones seeking to learn how to be a loving source of support.

Navigating 2020 and Beyond
I offer sliding scale video support for front line workers, ministers, activists, and anyone feeling the deep impact of the events of 2020. Click here for more information or to schedule an appointment.
